Cabo Real Estate Services

"I found Dean Short at Cabo Real Estate Services to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful for Cabo San Lucas to San Jose Del Cabo and the Corridor real estate. He also does a very complete and comprehensive statistical analysis report of the sales, listings, and more for the CSL region. I strongly recommend Dean for listing your home or condo or representing you on a purchase in the Cabo area."

"We were fortunate to use Dean and Samantha with Cabo Real Estate services for a second time selling our condo and also purchasing another property in Cabo and once again they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! In our circumstance we wanted to close on the sale of our condo and also close on the purchase of a new townhouse on the same day which is very unusual but they made it all happen thankfully! We really appreciated their Real estate expertise! We highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future."

"We recently sold our house in Vista Vela I with Samantha Ross and Dean Short. The entire process from beginning to end was met with professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for our best interest. Samantha and Dean knew exactly what to do when we received confirmation regarding the future plans of an empty lot that could have potentially blocked our ocean view. They provided excellent guidance and were extremely responsive to all of our questions. We could not have been happier working with Samantha and Dean! We highly recommend Samantha and Dean to anyone selling or buying a house in Cabo San Lucas. They are the ultimate professionals!"
