Iqual Movement Studio

"Itzel is my favorite Pilates instructor in all of Cabo. I went to almost every studio between El Tezal and downtown trying to find my favorites, and there is not an instructor that compares to her level of skill, joy, and wonderfully patient, caring, and positive attitude at every class. She is a delight, and she keeps her studio clean! Unfortunately I had some bad experiences with very dusty studios causing sneezing, itchy eyes, and filthy socks, and with instructors who are not very skilled, experienced, or friendly. Itzel proves you don’t have to be a Pilates diva to run a beautiful, welcoming, and highly skilled studio!!!"

"I’ve had a chronic inflammation on my arm and as well as a foot and knee problem. Itzel knocked them back, almost entirely in just two sessions of very specific physical therapy. I may have to go back in six months, but it’s good to know she’s there ."

"I found them on the net and I am so glad that I did!!! Because is was very helpful and convenient for me. I have been taking therapy sessions and all good I can feel the difference now."
