Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos | An All Inclusive Experience

"We arrived on Nov 22 until the 29th, we celebrated my bday and my wife’s bday on the 26 and 28th . Since our arrival our butlers Oscar and Lety were amazing, they did such and amazing job making our stay the best stay ever..we have been to many others hard rock but their attention and service make them different from our other stays. Israel from the legendary pool was also such an amazing waiter always on top of everything, our whole stay he was our #1 waiter . Andrea our room maid also needed to be mentioned for such an amazing help cleaning al our rooms and decorating with balloons and nice stuff for our bdays. All restaurants were 5 stars, service and food wise. Gallos staff were amazing. I am attaching some pictures to recognize the people that made our stay a memorable one. Hard rock Cabo really rocks , it was our first time there and planning on coming back! Thank you , our kids, my wife and i are so greatful and thankful for everything."

"Sergio deserves 6 out of 5 stars! I don’t even know where to start—Sergio went so far above and beyond that the usual 5-star scale just doesn’t cut it. His service was absolutely fantastic: attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and lightning-fast. He anticipated every need, handled everything with a smile, and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. I was hanging out at the pool area by the pizza place, and Sergio was an absolute standout there—keeping everything spotless, checking in on guests, offering helpful recommendations, and just radiating positive energy the whole time. Whatever this place pays Sergio, it’s not enough. I honestly wish they could clone him—I’d come back way more often if every visit guaranteed someone like him. Sergio, you’re a legend. Thank you for making my day that much better!"

"Amazing stay at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. Perfect for kids, nice pools with water slides, kids arcade, bowling, kids club etc. Big shoutout to the entertainment crew - Andy and Lore, Milli, they kept the crowd alive with daily activities in the pool. The Christmas pool party was amazing. Huge thanks to the Concierge team, especially Gonzalo from Concierge team made us feel like home, he was regularly in touch with us and also spoilt us with Christmas gifts! Thanks to Gonzalo. The restaurants were superb, food was delicious. Umo and Teppanyaki at Zen were the highlights. Also The Market had such great spread of food, I was surprised to find Indian cuisine (really yummy Indian food). Not to forget Caffeto for yummy ice cream, coffee and quick snacks. Also Pizzeto for quick pizza by the pool. Overall a great experience and worth the money."
