"Love this hotel. It’s in a great convenient spot and it’s clean and well maintained. The staff is great and so are the poolside servers. Arturo has been a great one over the years, my recent trip Daniel and Leo were serving us a lot and they were very kind and helpful for whatever we needed. David is always our favorite server at breakfast at Palomas and Ivan is very kind too. Love everyone and can’t recommend this place enough."

"This was the 4th time I have visited Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos. The experience each time has been exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful, private, and very well maintained and the location provides a stunning view and quick access to the beach and ocean. All that said, none of it compares to the service we are provided during our visit. Every single time. We are warmly greeted every morning at breakfast by Areli, who remembers us and makes us feel welcomed. Our servers Roberto, Martin, David, Reymundo, Mauricio, and Leonardo offer an inviting, fun, and friendly service unlike anything else we have experienced. Daniel who serves us on the beach, who walks up and down stairs and through sand all day to bring us anything we have asked for and lovingly teaches us to use popote when asking for a straw. And Marcos and his team at the sky pool who will give a tequila lesson and makes sure we never have to ask for help because they are always attentive and providing. To be somewhere and be treated like familia the way this team does for us is the reason we keep coming back."

She is truly one of the kindest, most attentive, and genuinely amazing servers we’ve ever met. Mercedes made every meal feel special, her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail took our dining experience to a whole new level. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them and always greeted us with a smile that made us feel right at home."
