Hotel Riu Palace Baja California

"We were here last year for a week, enjoyed so much, came back for 10 days this year 2/9-2/19/26. Food, drinks, entertainment & cleanliness were fabulous. Special thanks to Aldo at breakfast buffet, Gladys at multiple bars, Fernando at Gold bar, Joan at pool (drinks) service & afternoon food at Pepe’s, along with all the cleaning service workers who kept everything clean. One recommendation I would suggest would be more chairs in the couple smoking areas. Pool chairs were always full but always found somewhere to sit & could change later when others left. Was very windy a couple days & nights were cool. Our room was very cold, we figured how to shut off the air conditioning & ceiling fan, & found an extra blanket in the closet in a pillow case that made it more comfortable. We love the Riu resorts & will come back again!"

"Came here with a group of 12 on a 5 day golf vacation and this hotel was perfect. Adult only resort we felt made the noise and crowds not bad at all, while still being able to enjoy the amenities of all 3 adjoining Riu Resorts. Food overall was quite good - both Buffett and à la carte. Service was outstanding. A special shout out goes to Carla who personally made our experience a very memorable one. Would recommend for any group wanting great amenities while still being able to hide away from the noise and action."

"We had a wonderful time. The staff were very nice, food was great, and the hotel was incredibly clean. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning as it was hard to get it to be the right temperature at night. The beach sand is very rough and you cannot swim in the ocean because of the rip tide. Wishes there were more activities supplied by the resort that were included in the overall price. We would definitely visit again."
